USING ZOOM TO PARTICIPATE IN CONDO BOARD AND COMMITTEE MEETINGS
 

Effective with the November 2025 meeting date, the Board of Directors meets on the fourth (4th) Thursday of the month at 10:00 am in the Mt. St. Helens Room of the Village Clubhouse. If that date falls on or near a holiday, the meeting date will be adjusted.

Condominium owners may submit items to the board secretary to be addressed at a meeting at least two weeks prior to the meeting. If the item cannot be addressed at the board meeting the owner will be so notified. Committee Chairs must also submit materials for addition to the agenda at least one week prior to the Workshop meeting.

 

Effective with the November 2025 meeting, a 15 minute Q&A period for owners is included at the beginning of each meeting. We ask that those in attendance not engage in visiting or cross communication during the meeting. 

 

All Zoom meetings are accessible using your computer or your phone. The meeting codes are set up as recurring so every meeting will use the same access link/codes. Please do not share this meeting information with non-condo owners.
