About
The Fairway View Condos are comprised of 128 residential units within 19 buildings along the private drive of S.E. Bay Point Dr. and SE 23rd St. The units border the 8th hole of the Fairway Village HOA owned, public 9-hole golf course.
As a condominium owner, you are a member of both the Fairway View Condominium Association and Fairway Village HOA.
Fairway Village HOA (FVHOA), which is separate from the Condo Association, is responsible for managing the clubhouse and associated activities, the pool, golf course, HOA common grounds (excludes condo property) as well as rules specific to the single-family residential homes. They are governed by a separate BOD and employ an onsite property manager, admin personnel, as well as staff to support the golfing activities and property maintenance. The FVHOA property manager and office staff are not able to address your condo specific questions or financial transactions. All condo related inquires must go through AMS. Condo owners are encouraged to attend meetings.

Owners are encouraged to pay via automatic payment by signing up for auto-pay on the portal at www.ams-nw.com/portal or by completing and returning the enclosed form to Management via email @ ACH@ams-nw.com. Please do not mail the Authorization for ACH Direct Debit form to the Lockbox address in Las Vegas. If you cannot email the form to ach@ams-nw.com please mail it to: 15350 SW Sequoia Parkway #200 Portland, OR 97224. All other payments are to be made payable to: Fairway View Condominium Association and sent to the Alliance Association Bank secure lockbox at: PO Box 98407, Las Vegas, NV 89193-8407.
BOD Meetings & Zoom Link
Effective with the May 2023 meeting date, the Board of Directors meets on the fourth (4th) Thursday of the month at
10:00 am in the Mt. St. Helens Room of the Village Clubhouse. If that date falls on or near a holiday, the meeting will be on the 3rd Thursday of the month.
Workshop Meetings are held when needed the week before the Board of Directors Meeting to review items for inclusion in the upcoming meeting agenda. Condominium owners may submit items to be addressed at a meeting at least one week prior to the Board Workshop, so it can be added to the agenda and reviewed. Committee Chairs must also submit materials for addition to the agenda at least one week prior to the Workshop meeting.
Effective with the May 2023 meeting, a Q&A period for owners is included at the end of each meeting. We ask that those in attendance not engage in visiting or cross communication during the meeting.
All Zoom meetings are accessible using your computer or your phone. The meeting codes are set up as recurring so every meeting will use the same access link/codes.
